For setup questions, bugs and feature requests, the EDR team and other broadcasters help in Discord. Check the troubleshooting guide and known issues first.
Include
- EDR Broadcast version and Windows version
- OBS or vMix version
- iRacing session type
- Your plan or trial
- What you expected, what happened, and the steps that repeat it
- A screenshot, with stream keys and private links hidden
Billing and licences
Change or cancel a plan, update your card or get invoices in the Stripe billing portal. For a refund review or a licence key problem, email us from the address on your account.
Leagues and Enterprise
Custom themes and overlays, NDI output on request, priority support, or a production bigger than a League plan.
